Job description

The Sales Manager will evaluate the overall sales process and develop training programs for all sales staff members. They will also be responsible for assisting in preparing the sales staff for each quarterly review, including communication with the managers and staff s with an emphasis on individual development. This position includes a clear career path that includes additional management responsibilities and sales quota increases every year. The successful candidate will be well-organized, have a passion for helping others, and possess excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,847.00 - $57,823.00 per year
