SOCIAL MEDIA PRODUCTION INTERN

The Social Media Production Intern is primarily responsible for assisting in producing and editing original content across The Tech Firm’s social channels, with an emphasis on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Deep knowledge and understanding of TikTok; understanding what type of content works well and what doesn’t work on the platform

• Demonstrated awareness of trends, viral moments, and pop culture

• Excellent copywriting and communication skills

• Completed one year of post-high school education and enrolled for the fall semester at a technical college or four-year university. Pursuing a degree in a field of study related to the area of the internship.

• Experience in photography, editing, and video production. Confidence in using video and photography editing tools such as Adobe photoshop and Premiere.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous work experience or internships in the field or a related field of the internship.

• Valid driver's license.

 

Responsible to appropriately protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of the organizations systems and data as well as client data.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills; ability to stand or sit, bend or stoop, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light weights of up to 20 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate office equipment and read. The team member frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. Position requires frequent typing. Position requires limited business travel, including operation of a motor vehicle.
